Skills/Requirements:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Staff Scheduling, Training and Discipline, Menu Planning and Implementation, Hygiene, Stock Control, Achieving Budgets, Kitchen Management, Food Quality and Presentation, Guest Liaison. - Preference will be given to a presentable team-player with extensive exposure to buffets and plated fine dining meals and who has a flair for garnishing and presentation. - Salary is negotiable with experience and it is a live-in position. - Please supply contact names and telephone number for your references and a recent photograph.
