Charles Culbert, our Sole Member, is a Dream Maker. With a career that spans over 25 years, Charles made a decision, wanting to lend a helping hand. During his industrious career Charles realized there were times when he needed help and there was no one to turn to, and so Le Chef Consulting Agency cc was born.
Charles Culbert started his highly successful career in the SA Navy. He has passion for food, good wines and fine eating establishments. He went into the Hotel & Restaurant Industry in the late 70's and has opened restaurants and hotels, many of them 5*, re-established bankrupt hotels & restaurants and revamped existing hotels & restaurants.
He has always enjoyed sharing his knowledge and expertise. He has headed various training programmes and hand on training, including Senior Staff members.
