The Human Factor was established early in 2005 by Kim Fitt, who previously operated as the General Manager and then Group Human Resources Manager at Singita Private Game Reserve in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, Mpumalanga. Start Date: 1 October 2008. Upmarket Lodge 5*. They are opening a bistro type restuarant at the Lodge in October. The concept has yet to be finalised but we would be looking to seat approx 40 pax for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu style will be casual yet elegant.

5* lodge - The Head Therapist is fully responsible for the management and day to day operation of the spa.
The main purpose of the Head Therapist is to manage the health therapists providing body and skincare treatments for the guests as well as to deliver high quality treatments him/herself in line with high standards. The Head Therapist must ensure that there is effective communication between therapists and with lodge management in terms of all guest requirements for treatments.
