Description:
Effectively organise and manage the shifts in the Restaurant for this busy 5 star hotel, including providing support and guidance to personnel to ensure successful, smooth running operation ending in a positive guest experience in compliance with the company policies and procedures.
- Report directly to the Restaurant Manager - Ensure that the highest standards of service at the Restaurant is maintained at all times - Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance as per company standards.
Skills/Requirements:
- MINIMUM of 3 years in a managerial supervisory position in F&B in a 5 star environment
- Strong Communication / Customer Relations skills - Computer literate - Ability to work without supervision - Guest/Staff focused - Must be able to work shifts - Team orientation - Work under pressure
