Description:
Maintain and update existing databases for this busy 5 star hotel 
Administration of various on-line systems. 
Administration and reporting from Opera (Hotel Operating System) 
Generate reports on Key Account performance. 
Compile Proposals & prepare presentation packs. 
Manage administration of Loyalty programmes. 
Client function coordinating. 
Assist in site inspections & hotel client meetings. 
Assist with trade shows, events and industry meetings as and when required. 
Participate in business review / pre-convention / sales related meetings.
Conclude administration of RFP processes.
Apply account profile logic to operating systems. 
Purchase order and Expenditure budget administration.
Monthly Sales & Marketing presentation compilation.
Travel and Itinerary arrangements.Client Liaison and Telesales.
General office administration and correspondence.


Skills/Requirements:
Relevant tertiary qualification. 
Minimum of three (3) years of sales administration experience within the service/hospitality industry.
Strong MS Office administrative skills, with exceptional proficiency in excel.
Working knowledge of business conduct in a sales assistant environment. 
Strong emphasis on accuracy & time management. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
Well-groomed and presentable to reflect a corporate image.
