Management Roles



Assistant/Deputy Management
As an assistant or deputy manager, you will report to the general manager. You will be required to take on more responsibility with regard to managing the facility in the absence of the general manager, and will thus be expected to have qualities and skills similar to those of a general manager. You must be a strong leader and able to motivate your team constantly.

Department Head
The Head of Department is usually responsible for ensuring the smooth running of their department.
