My client is searching for a Sous Chef for a fabulous 5* property situated in the Western Cape.

The successful candidate will be working directly under the Executive Chef and with another Sous Chef.

The two Sous Chefs will be in charge of the Kitchen when the Executive Chef is on leave.

The Kitchen Team consists of 12 Chefs, 4 Scullery Assistants and 1 Kitchen Cleaner.

Skills/Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Grade 12/ Matric
  • Candidates must have at least 10 years' experience in a Kitchen
  • Must have been in a senior / Sous position for at least 5 years
  • 5 Star fine dining experience is essential
