Our client in the Overberg region is currently recruiting for a Deputy General Manager for their five star hotel.
The ideal candidate will come from a predominantly Rooms Division back ground in a five star / boutique hotel environment.
Skills/Requirements:
- A formal qualification related to Hospitality- At least four year's experience in a HOD or senior management position in a luxury unit - Have a solid understanding of proper principles of running a five star hotel - Be able to deputize to the General Manager in his/her absence
