VIP lounges at Cape airport. Require a self driven manager to run the operation as business unit. Looking for someone who understands that the service on offer is limited but vitally important. Must be able to motivate and manage staff into same work ethic. Will be required to spend some time marketing the service to local travel agents etc as well.
Skills/Requirements:
Maverick personality who sees the potential in the business. The service offered is simply and needs to be jacked up in terms of standards. Current staff not well motivated and there are constant IR problems. Operation needs to be available 24hours /365 days a week and night staffing is an issue.This person will be held accountable for fixing these problems. must pop in at odd times to check on staff etc Will deal with client and marketing .
