Depending on experience - Salary R 18,000-00 to R 20,000-00

- Oversee the running of the reserve and maintaining its budget 

- Oversee the workshop and manage the Reserve 

- Administrator and Reserve Maintenance Manager

- Oversee and manage the Rangers Department 

- All conservation related activities 

- Continually update the reserves management plan 

- Co-ordinate research and involvement with Rhodes University

- Anti-poaching 

- Staff Training and Development 

- Reserve Human Resources 

The position is live-in, though benefits etc. will need to be negotiated based on experience. This position needs to be filled by someone who has experience in this field and has a very strong character, must be assertive and take initiative, must have a firearm competency.
