A small 5-star lodge in Zululand is looking for a young, cheerful, energetic candidate to take responsibility for the guest reception area in the lodge and assist with treatments when required & relieve the in-house therapist when on off-days.
Live-in shared, meals while on duty, uniform, 21-on 7-off cycle, staff bednights.
Reporting directly to the Lodge Manager, the responsibilities will include:
- Switchboard operation
- Guest check-ins & check-outs
- Daily cash-ups
- Curio sales and merchandising
- Handling all guest queries & requests
- Front office & reception admin

- Treatments & massages
Skills/Requirements:
The candidate must be trustworthy, reliable and have a true passion for hospitality & people and be able to live in a lodge environment in the bush.
