What are the key responsibilities of the position?
Manage guiding team
Host guests 
Maintenance of all equipment and vehicles pertaining to the guiding team
Maintain changes to service and delivery of products
Ensure daily weather reports and game reports are done 
Keep abreast of current conservation issues
Ensure that all guests are taken on walks and that regular specials are organised
Maintain regular communication and good relations with the Lodge Manager, Camp Manager and other relevant heads of department, informing of any changes regarding guest activities
Manage a basic filing and admin system
Must ensure all stock takes are done on time and correctly , and that any discrepancies are explained in detail
