An award winner 4 star Eastern Cape game lodge located near Kirkwood is looking for few positions; 1- game ranger; to manage all the wildlife related jobs which includes; conducting game drives, horse rides, walking safaris with guests, managing the intensive breeding of buffalo, all field and reserve jobs such as fences, water and roads maintenance. 2- Hospitality manageress; to run the day to day management of the lodge, supervise the housekeeping, kitchen and reception, conduct lodge shopping. 3- above two roles can also be suitable for a couple with correct skill set and experience to work together. For a couple the role will be live in role and they will have to embrace the farm life, obtaining their off days around shopping trips, etc..

Skills/Requirements:
All interested candidates are required to be in possession of a FGASA level 1 or 2 certificate as well as other relevant paper work such as a valid First aid certificate, PDP and must be DEAT registered. PH certificate and experience is an advantage so as having a hunting rifle in possession. Intensive breeding experience is an advantage. technical skills and repair maintenance knowledge, plumbing, electrical, vehicle mechanical are all added advantages and will be compensated accordingly. Although there is a resident chef, culinary , hotel and catering degree, up market lodge management experience, personality fit for guest service are also requirements for the lodge manager/ manageress. Equestrian knowledge and experience will also be a preference. If couple min 2-3 year commitment is required.
