The successful Couple will rotate between 3 lodges on a monthly basis, relieving the camp GM.

- Minimum 3 years prior experience in 5 star remote lodgeÂ

Our client in Botswana is currently recruiting for a dynamic Management Couple to manage their intimate five star lodge, with only 5 guest rooms.
This gem of a lodge needs a couple who can make it their own and really live the personality of the lodge.
Part of a large corporate group, the support system is very strong and there is big scope for advancement from this position.
The ideal candidates would have the following attributes:
• Be focused in managing a product and delivering to the guests at a very high standard.
• Have a nurturing and training orientated manner towards staff in order to uplift them and as such get the staff to deliver on the standards.
• Have a good financial and administrative acumen.
• Be well versed in stock management.
• Be excellent hosts to the guests.
• Hold a tertiary qualification form a recognised institute – not negotiable.
• Have at least five years’ experience in hospitality in a supervisory / management position – not negotiable.
• Be well-groomed, well-spoken and have a passion for living in the wild.
• Be all-rounders – Between the two candidates, they need to have experience in F&B, FOH, Housekeeping and admin.
