Skills/Requirements:
Understand and be able to work in a corporate environment; have Outstanding culinary skills and also be able to focus on food cost. Very strong people skills and proven track record of working with a team that is not extremely skilled ie must be able to train staff and develop their skills. Swahili an added advantage. Only candidates who have held an Exec Chef position in a 4* hotel in Africa with 150 plus rooms will be considerednot so strongly skilled.
