The successful incumbent will be joining a company in its infancy and will be required to work to grow the company. They will report directly to the Directors of the holding company. They will be responsible for Strategic planning , delivering pre determined sales targets. Effectively managing overheads in line with pre-set budgets. Financial control ,planning and responsibility of monetary collections. Daily management of staff. management of staff accommodation. Recruitment. Management of Health & safety policy.
Skills/Requirements:
Previous management in a similar environment . Strong ability to work in a fast growing environment . The main area of measurement for this position will be the growth of the company. To this end sales targets will determine the level of profit sharing . An achievable budget will be set and agreed for each new fiscal year. Looking for candidate looking for a career not a job.
